All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and acknowledgment from Hills Travel Holidays. Final tour vouchers will be issued after full payment.
A minimum advance payment is required to confirm any booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the tour start date. Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation without refund.
Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation before departure. Refunds are processed after deducting applicable service & supplier charges. Exact refund amounts may vary based on hotels, transport, and activity providers.
All package prices include services mentioned in the itinerary only. Any extra services, meals, personal expenses, or additional sightseeing not mentioned are excluded and payable directly by the traveler.
Hills Travel Holidays reserves the right to modify or change itineraries due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances for customer safety.
Travelers must carry valid government-issued ID proof during the journey. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have all necessary permits, documents, and permissions required for the trip.
Travelers must ensure they are medically fit to travel. Hills Travel Holidays is not liable for any medical emergencies, injuries, illness, or accidents during the tour. Participation in adventure activities is purely at the traveler’s own risk.
Transport and accommodations are arranged based on availability at the time of booking. Room categories and vehicle types are subject to change in case of unavoidable circumstances.
Hills Travel Holidays acts only as a travel service facilitator and shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused due to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, accidents, or third-party service failures.
We shall not be responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused due to natural calamities, political disturbances, pandemics, weather conditions, or any other unforeseen events beyond our control.
Travelers must behave respectfully with fellow travelers, drivers, hotel staff, and local communities. Misconduct may lead to immediate termination of services without refund.
All website content including images, text, logos, and design are the property of Hills Travel Holidays and cannot be used or reproduced without written permission.
Any disputes arising from bookings or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts where Hills Travel Holidays is registered.
