Scope of Activity

Hills Travel Holidays is a travel and holiday organizer. We do not offer insurance services or handle any type of claims. Participation in adventure activities is entirely at the guest's own risk. We are not liable for any mishaps, accidents, or claims arising from such activities.

Accommodation and Transport

Accommodation: Provided on a twin-sharing basis unless otherwise requested. Single occupancy will incur additional charges. Guests must adhere to hotel check-in and check-out timings. Early check-ins, late check-outs, or extended stays are the guest’s responsibility.

Meals: Meals are provided as per the itinerary on a fixed menu basis. Changes may be made in case of unforeseen situations. Missed meals due to personal reasons will not be compensated.

Transport: Vehicles are allotted based on booking priority. Transport providers operate under their own terms and conditions, which guests must comply with. Any damage caused to the vehicle or property will be borne by the guest.

Safety and Health Matters

All personal belongings and baggage are the sole responsibility of the traveler. Hills Travel Holidays will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage. Guests are advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance. Any medical condition that may affect participation must be disclosed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to deny access to certain activities based on health concerns, without refund.

Itinerary Changes

Itineraries may be modified due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or site closures. Guests will be informed in advance where possible. Any additional costs arising due to such changes will be communicated. Guests are expected to continue with the revised itinerary.

Payments

Booking is confirmed only after 25% of the total amount is paid. The advance is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour/stay. For instant bookings, 100% payment is required. Bookings made without full payment may be canceled without notice.

Travel Documents

Guests are solely responsible for ensuring all travel documents (ID proofs, tickets, permits, insurance, etc.) are valid and available during travel. Hills Travel Holidays will not assist in replacing lost or missing documents. Any delay or denial of service due to missing documents will not be compensated.

Privacy of Information

All guest information is treated as confidential. However, disclosures may be made as required by law or government agencies. Photographs taken during tours may be used in promotional material. By signing the booking form or accepting the booking online, guests agree to these terms and conditions. Group bookings made by a single individual imply consent from all members listed under the booking.
